This research will inform private-sector buyers on the make-vs.-buy decision for security services, which span a broad array of functions and business areas, including but not limited to IT systems, human resources, intellectual property, financial assets, physical premises, and other areas. This report will be an actionable, practical guide to help buyers assess their service options along with the potential benefits and challenges of Security Services Outsourcing.
