All orders will be received and processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. M-F, Eastern Standard Time. If an order is received after hours, it will be processed the next business day.
Report Delivery
All reports will be delivered in PDF format and will be emailed next business day. If for some reason, you do not receive your report in a timely manner, please contact orders@equaterra.com.
Special Discounts
EquaTerra customers will receive 50% off the list price of all reports. Once an EquaTerra customer is confirmed, the discount will be applied at the time the order is processed.
