Avoid the Obvious
Sridhar Vedala is the director of EquaTerra's Global Sourcing Advisory Service. Prior to EquaTerra, he founded Mithras Consulting Group, a company based in Shanghai that provided strategy consulting to senior managers in the area of business strategy, IT outsourcing (ITO), business process outsourcing (BPO), shared services and emerging markets.
Earlier in his career, Sridhar worked at Oracle, Motorola and Infosys. His particular expertise lies in shared services and offshoring, and he is a popular speaker on these topics.
When asked to list three ways his clients would describe him, Sridhar answered, “Connected with an extensive and diverse network, understands the strategic and operational aspects of outsourcing and being results driven.”
A native of New Delhi, India, Sridhar now divides his time between London and Hyderabad, India. Sridhar holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi University and an M.B.A. from the Rotterdam School of Management/China Europe International Business School.
