It’s All About Governance
As managing director of EquaTerra’s Governance and Transformation Advisory Services, Liz has more than a decade of experience working closely with organizations to establish appropriate governance mechanisms designed to ensure success in the management of long-term outsourcing relationships. In addition, she has led multiple transition initiatives, including global implementation.
“In my position, I have the opportunity to work with interesting people and contribute to solving challenging business problems,” Liz said of her work.
Over the years, Liz has been involved in client assignments across a variety of industries, including finance, transportation, energy, public sector, manufacturing and media and entertainment, and she has been a key contributor to EquaTerra’s transition methodology.
Liz grew up in Marske, a small fishing village on the northeast coast of England. She moved to the U.S. for a trial period, but is still in the States seven years later, enjoying country music, running, mountain biking and cooking. Currently, Liz and her husband Dean, a native Californian, live in Chicago.
