Combining Public & Private Sector Experience
Glenn is managing director of EquaTerra’s Public Sector Advisory Services in the Americas. Glenn’s clients at EquaTerra have included the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Agency for International Development, City of Minneapolis, City of Richmond, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, American Red Cross, and the Inter-American Development Bank.
Throughout his 30-year career, Glenn has held a unique blend of leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.
In the public sector, Glenn has served as a chief of staff and communications director to a Virginia governor, as the Commonwealth’s chief federal lobbyist and as a legislative director to an Ohio congressman.
In the commercial sector, Glenn has worked as both a consultant and service provider. He served as chief of strategy and corporate development for Accenture HR Services, where his clients included the Transportation Security Administration, Best Buy, Levi Strauss & Co., and Borden Chemical.
Prior to joining Accenture, Glenn was senior vice president of marketing, investor relations, and external affairs at Viatel, a global operator of fiber optic networks and provider of managed telecommunication services throughout Europe.
Glenn also served as the chief operating officer and lobbyist on federal procurement and telecommunications/information technology issues for the Computer & Communications Industry Association.
