Shared Services Expert
Claudio Altini is EquaTerra's managing director of Business Process Outsourcing Advisory Services in Europe and Asia Pacific, and managing director of Shared Services Advisory Services. Claudio joined the company in 2008 after 10 years with a PA Consulting Group, where he was the organization's leading authority on multifunctional shared services. He also has extensive experience in design and delivery of corporate services and back-office transformation of finance and HR functions.
Claudio established PA’s shared services capability and was the service lead for this global proposition, before creating and establishing a global finance transformation and performance service line. Among his recent engagements are a European shared services program, a finance shared service center scope extension and a finance capability and controls program. Some of his recent clients include Honda Motors Europe, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Transport for London, Interoute Telecommunications plc, Vopak BV and the Department for Work and Pensions.
Claudio is a regular participant and contributor on shared service think forums, conference speaking such as Finance Transformation Europe and Shared Services Exchange, written output and service proposition development.
