Prior to joining EquaTerra, Gogel worked with Accenture as a Client Director responsible for client relationship and service delivery for two utility BPO clients. In that role she oversaw the call centers, billing and revenue management operations. She also worked at Platts Research and Consulting, where she developed and led the Utility Customer Care Practice.
