In that role she oversaw the call centers, billing and revenue management operations. She also worked at Platts Research and Consulting, where she developed and led the Utility Customer Care Practice. The first 20 years of Gogel’s career were spent at Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) where she managed call centers, meter reading and revenue management operations, and Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) where she was responsible for call center transformation.”

“Filomena brings just the right mix of experience to assist utilities through the opportunities and challenges presented by AMI/SmartGrid,” said Matt Smith, EquaTerra Resources Industry Managing Director. “She understands utility operations and how AMI/SmartGrid will impact the various functions and activities in the meter-to-cash business. Extending our industry-leading sourcing advisory practice into this rapidly growing field will provide significant benefit to our Utility clients.”
