EquaTerra's Mark Trepanier Named to HROA North American Board
EquaTerra Continues Its Leadership Support of HROA With Three Board Members
Houston (May 19, 2010) — EquaTerra today announced its continuing leadership support of the HROA by the election of three of its HR leaders to the boards of the HR Outsourcing Association (HROA). Brad Everett, HR Practice Lead for the Americas, continues four years of service on the Global Board, and Bill Thomas, Executive Director EquaTerra EMEA, continues four years of service on the European Board. Mark Trepanier, Managing Director in the HR Practice Group, has been elected to the North American Chapter Board.
“My goals as a member of the HROA board are to help move the industry forward by fostering greater sharing of best practices and networking,” said Trepanier. “I am honored to continue EquaTerra’s tradition of service on this board.” The HROA board is focused on communicating the successes of HRO engagements, especially to buyers that are considering such commitments. Through the establishment of standard return on investment metrics, service level agreement guidelines and industry terminology, the benefits to end users can be more clearly communicated.
Well known and respected in the industry, Trepanier has been with EquaTerra since 2005. Prior to EquaTerra he worked in the provider segment, notably for Exult and Accenture. Trepanier has been an active member of a number of HROA committees. Trepanier succeeds Lowell Williams, EquaTerra General Counsel and a leading HR industry expert, who served on the HROA board for four years.
EquaTerra has played a major role in the evolution of the HROA, and both Mark Hodges, EquaTerra Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, Corporate Development, and Glenn Davidson, EquaTerra Executive Director, Public Sector Advisory for the Americas, have also served on the global board.
