Patrice Gilles



Back Office and Business Process Expert

Patrice Gilles is EquaTerra’s Global Managing Director in Customer Care, Legal Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing. She joined the company from her position as the manager of the BP (British Petroleum) relationship for Exult. Patrice has extensive experience in the fields of source-to-settle, finance, purchasing, strategic sourcing, legal, operations, human resources (HR), business process outsourcing (BPO) and negotiation. She is based at the EquaTerra North America office in Houston, Texas.

Prior to this, Patrice was Vice President of Global Sourcing and Third Party Management Operations (TPO) for Exult. In this role she was responsible for developing and implementing Exult’s HR TPO methodology, structure and operations in support of managed processes; and setting the strategic directions for each process.

Before Exult, she was a Vice President for SourceNet Solutions, an F&A BPO service provider. There, she created the company’s BPO structure offering, developed and customized the sourcing methodology and tools, managed customer relationships and led business development efforts.

Patrice spent the previous fifteen years working for EDS in the U.S., Belgium and France, where she held various leadership positions in finance, procurement, consulting, BPO and IT outsourcing delivery, treasury and legal.

Prior to EDS, Patrice worked for five years in a law firm in Detroit, Michigan, in their commercial and municipal bond practice.

Clients include: Fish & Richardson, Schlumberger, ING, BP, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, International Paper, Prudential, Bank of America, Hilton Corporation, TXU, Herman Miller and General Motors.
