Summary:
EquaTerra’s ongoing market study, “Assessing the Role of Information Technology (IT) & Enterprise Software in BPO,” assesses key line-of-business decision makers’ opinions on the role and importance of information technology (IT) and enterprise software to the success of their BPO efforts.   The study is based on feedback from surveys and interviews conducted in 2006, 2007 and 2008 from more than 250 organizations in North America and Western Europe.  This report shares how BPO decision-makers in the Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Procurement functions view the role of IT and enterprise software when evaluating and undertaking BPO in each of those three functional areas.
