EQUATERRA CONTINUES TO ADD RENOWNED SENIOR ADVISORS TO STAFF WITH NEW HIRES FROM OUTSOURCING INDUSTRY LEADERS

HOUSTON (May 24, 2004) —EquaTerra, the world’s first advisory and management services firm to deliver complete Sourcing Lifecycle Management (SLM)™ services to outsourcing buyers,  today announced the addition of three new executives to its team.  The new executives enhance the firm’s offshoring, finance & accounting, financial analysis, BPO and ITO sourcing advisory delivery capabilities, and bring years of vertical industry experience in energy, financial services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, HR, technology, utilities, telecommunications, professional services organizations, food service and chemicals.

Cliff Justice
Cliff has more than 16 years of expertise in offshore outsourcing, advising clients on highly complex global transactions in emerging, low-cost markets.  His primary area of expertise is planning and execution of globalization strategies for information technology services, call centers and business processes, including human resources, finance and administration.  Cliff has deep knowledge of the offshoring capabilities of India, the Philippines, China, Thailand, Russia, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary.  His industry expertise includes Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Technology, and Utilities.  Prior to joining EquaTerra, Cliff was Managing Director of neoIT, and led its global alliance with TPI.  Cliff has served both as an advisor and project director for more than 35 complex, global engagements for Fortune 500 clients including: assisting Cardinal Health in outsourcing and managing multiple applications projects to KPMG and a large Indian software firm; helping Exult plan and execute one of the largest offshore applications support outsourcing contracts to-date, which was awarded to multiple India-based suppliers; and helping ExxonMobil develop an IT and business process services globalization strategy and transition roadmap which included 12 emerging countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia.

John MacMartin
John brings more than three decades of ITO and BPO expertise to EquaTerra clients.  He has extensive background in outsourcing advisory services, contract negotiation, solution implementation, needs identification, and information systems data center management, as well as international business experience in Canada, the U.K., Australia and Mexico.  Clients with which he has worked include BP Amoco, Prudential Financial, International Paper, American Standard, McDonald’s, Unisys, California State Automobile Association, Apple Computer and Canada Post Corporation .  Before joining EquaTerra, John was a senior advisor with TPI.  In that role, he advised manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and food service clients on best practices in assessment of F&A and HR BPO opportunities; development of BPO and ITO RFPs ; planning and management of the sourcing process; supplier evaluation and selection; negotiation of terms and conditions as well as supporting exhibits for customer contracts; and preparation and delivery of customer training.  Prior to TPI, John was director of sales support for Exult.

Rich Pierle
Rich has more than fifteen years of outsourcing, finance & accounting, financial analysis, process transformation and process control implementation expertise with multi-national and global corporations.  Clients with which he has worked include TXU, McDonald’s, American Standard, Motorola, Merrill Lynch and Cendant.  Before joining EquaTerra, Rich was a Project Director at TPI.  In that role, he was responsible for all activities associated with BPO (F&A and HR) and ITO deal development and implementation.  Prior to TPI, he was a Vice President and financial lead responsible for the merger integration for the Applications Development component of the global Investment Bank Chase and JP Morgan.   There, he led project management of critical deliverables, alignment of costs of operational groups and analysis-focused application suites, determination of merger related reserves and tracking of merger related savings.  He also provided end-to-end financial management accountability for a $700 million application development and infrastructure organization which included budgeting, forecasting and results reporting.
