EQUATERRA EXECUTIVES TO PRESENT KEYNOTE AND UNVEIL RESULTS OF FAO RESEARCH STUDY AT HRO WORLD’S "HRO/FAO EXECUTIVE SUMMIT"; SPEAK ON ADDITIONAL HRO WORLD PANELS

NEW YORK (April 7, 2005) —EquaTerra, a multi-national outsourcing and insourcing advisory firm, today announced several of its executives will be featured presenters during the HRO/FAO Executive Summit at the HRO World conference, as well as during the conference’s main program, being held in New York City on April 11-14, 2005.

The HRO/FAO Executive Summit debuted at the HRO World 2004 conference, with more than 150 executives in attendance.  The goal of the Summit is to enable senior-level executives to learn from and share with peers their thoughts and experiences on today’s most pressing HRO and FAO topics.  Features of the 2005 Executive Summit program include:

  • Keynote Address by Mark Hodges, Chairman of EquaTerra:  This opening session will set the tone for the Summit through an interactive discussion on why and how FAO and HRO have evolved from transactional deals into strategic initiatives, and how buy-side executives can leverage outsourcing as a true competitive advantage.
  • Research Results: The FAO Executive Summit Market Survey:  During this presentation, Stan Lepeak, Managing Director of Research for EquaTerra will reveal the results of a landmark research study on FAO buying patterns, intentions and trends.
  • FAO Research Panel:  This session, moderated by EquaTerra’s F&A Practice Leader Bob Cecil, will discussthe strategic implications of the above-noted study's landmark findings.  Panelists include senior executives from Mellon, ACS and Creditek.
During the main HRO World conference, Lowell Williams, leader of EquaTerra’s HR practice, will be a featured speaker on a Global Outsourcing Strategy panel.
