EquaTerra Expands in Michigan - Opens Global Solution Center in Grand Rapids
Houston (13 January, 2010) - EquaTerra, a business advisory firm known for helping companies optimize internal support functions across the globe, opens a Global Solution Center (GSC) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The GSC will provide EquaTerra with efficient and cost-effective services from a centralized location. Grand Rapids offers a highly skilled workforce at a reasonable cost combined with first class facilities and communications. The Grand Rapids center will initially provide English language support services to EquaTerra's global client base, and Spanish language capabilities will be added during 2010. The GSC is expected to grow to more than 100 people over the next couple of years, and EquaTerra will open additional facilities in 2011 and 2012 to expand language skills and provide 24-hour continuous service capabilities.
